7 Tips for Refreshingly Hydrated Skin

Healthy skin starts with good hydration. It is not only important to hydrate your skin from the outside, but also from the inside. In this blog we share seven tips to effectively hydrate your skin and retain moisture, so you can enjoy a hydrated, supple complexion all year round.

1. Choose a gentle, moisturizing cleanser: Start your skincare routine with a cleanser that thoroughly cleanses your skin without drying it out. Avoid products with harsh sulfates, as they can wash away your skin's natural oils. Instead, opt for a gentle, moisturizing cleanser that cleanses your skin without disrupting its natural moisture balance.

2. Use a moisturizer or moisturizer: A daily moisturizer or moisturizer is essential for hydrating your skin and retaining moisture. Look for products with ingredients like hyaluronic acid, glycerin, ceramides and natural oils that hydrate the skin and help it retain moisture. Apply the moisturizer after cleansing your skin, both in the morning and in the evening.
